Raytheon Conducts USMC Training Event with FLAMES-based Simulation

September 11, 2006 – Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) San Diego leased FLAMES licenses to support an instructor and as many as eighteen students as part of a one-week training event for the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC). AFRL/MN Adds DIS to FLAMES Simulations

April 26, 2006 – The Air Force Research Lab Munitions Directorate (AFRL/MN) purchased the FLAMES Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) option to expand the capability of its FLAMES-based simulations. FLAMES is the framework for simulations used by AFRL/MN to design and analyze next-generation weapon systems.

Finnish Research Centre Selects FLAMES for Simulation Research

December 27, 2005 – Ternion Corporation is pleased to announce that the Finnish Defence Forces Technical Research Centre (PvTT) has selected FLAMES for discrete event simulation research. A new Ternion customer, PvTT purchased a number of runtime and development licenses for FLAMES standard applications and options.
