Conference Location and Dates

The User Group Conference was held at the Radisson Suite Hotel Huntsville, 6000 Memorial Parkway South, Huntsville, AL, 35802, June 13-15, 2005.

Lodging

A limited number of rooms were reserved at the Radisson Hotel in Huntsville, AL, at s special  FLAMES User Group Conference rate of $74, or Government Rate of $65.

Additional lodging availability at a neighboring hotel within walking distance of the conference was the Hampton Inn Huntsville-Arsenal/South Parkway in Huntsville, Alabama. The special FLAMES User Group Conference rate for this hotel was $79, or a Government Rate of $65. A hot breakfast was included in this rate, but no shuttle was provided by this hotel.

Transportation

Transportation to and from the airport was provided by the Radisson for its guests. (Guests of other hotels were responsible for their own transportation.) If needed, transportation to and from the Radisson for off-site conference events was provided by Ternion. Rental cars were available at the Huntsville International Airport. Huntsville does not have a good public transportation system, so renting a car was recommended.
