Request for License File

Most FLAMES products require a license file to execute on a computer. A license file is an ASCII text file provided by Ternion that must usually be located on the computer on which FLAMES is installed.

 

Free Enterprise Edition Runtime Suite License Files

License files for the free Enterprise Edition Runtime Suite can be obtained automatically without having to contact Ternion.

On the FLAMES Setup Utility included on the FLAMES installation disc, select the Install button. When you are finished installing FLAMES, exit the Installer. This will return you to the FLAMES Setup Utility.

From the FLAMES Setup Utility, select the Activate button. This will start the FLAMES Activation Wizard. Follow the instructions displayed by the Activation Wizard to activate FLAMES on your computer. This will include selecting the Activate button to request an activation file, receiving an activation file from Ternion via e-mail, and importing the activation file.

Purchased FLAMES Product License Files

If you have purchased a license to one or more FLAMES products and are ready to receive your license file, please send us a request that includes the information listed below. You should send us the same information if you are requesting a replacement license file because you wish to transfer your FLAMES license to another computer. Please note that in some license transfer cases, you may be required to sign a license transfer agreement and/or pay a license transfer fee.
