Advanced Maintenance goes beyond the standard FLAMES Technical Support. With Advanced Maintenance you have access to our engineering department to help in any aspect of FLAMES development via phone/email or in person at Ternion’s headquarters in Huntsville, Alabama. Ternion’s software engineers can help you build a new model, integrate an existing model, develop a new service, and much more. The Advanced Maintenance period will commence on the acceptance of the purchase order and last twelve (12) months or until maintenance terms have been met.
