Huntsville, AL - November 15, 2004 - Ternion Corporation is pleased to announce the release of FLAMES version 5.2.1. This new version corrects some minor errors found in version 5.2. If you have already received FLAMES version 5.2, you will automatically receive version 5.2.1 in the mail.
Improvements to 3D View - Changes have been made to eliminate an abnormal termination of FORGE and FLASH upon opening the 3D View window. This error occurred only in applications that were linked with the Enhanced 3D option and that were executed on computers that are not licensed for this option.
Changes to Enhanced 3D Icon Datasets - The format of Enhanced 3D icon datasets has been altered to allow them to load without warning messages in applications that are not licensed for the Enhanced 3D option. All example datasets supplied with Version 5.2.1 have been updated to reflect this format modification.
Corrections to Digital Terrain Option - The FTerrainIsMasked and FTerrainCheckIntersection functions in the Digital Terrain option have been modified to correct an error that could lead to an abnormal application termination.
