Developing Constructive Simulations Using FLAMES

Ternion Corporation invites you to attend a FREE, half-day seminar where you can discover the benefits of using FLAMES, a family of software products that provides a framework for developing constructive simulations and interfaces between constructive, virtual, and live simulations.

Overview of FLAMES

You will receive an overview of FLAMES' main features and available options. You will also see a brief demonstration of how to create, execute, and visualize a simple FLAMES scenario.

Developing Custom Models

You will witness the development of a new physical device model that conforms to FLAMES' object-oriented specifications and see how quickly and easily such models can be integrated into a FLAMES-based simulation.

Interfacing with Virtual Simulators

You will learn about FLAMES' support for interfacing with virtual simulators using mechanisms that are much more powerful, efficient, and easy to use than the mechanisms available in DIS and HLA. You will also receive an overview of how to write a virtual vehicle simulator that can interact in a FLAMES scenario.
