Bulgarian Military University Conducts Training Exercise

June 19, 2019 – The Aviation Faculty of the Bulgarian Military University conducted a tactical exercise using the FLAMES Runtime Suite to simulate the defense of a nuclear station. They prepared five different training scenarios with intruders at various heights, making changes to altitude, speed, and position of the units to test the scenario under multiple conditions. April 16, 2018 – DBS Technology of Taiwan purchased additional five-year subscriptions to several products for the FLAMES-based Distributed War-gaming System (DWS-E) of the Republic of China Air Force (ROCAF). Their purchases include: the FLAMES Automated Simulation Trainer (FAST), a site license to the FAST Editor, the 3D Runtime Option, and the Analysis Runtime Option, as well as the Terrain Data Importer and Icon Editors.

General Dynamics Purchases FAST Licenses

January 29, 2018 – General Dynamics Mission Systems in Scottsdale, Arizona purchased two licenses to the FLAMES Automated Simulation Trainer (FAST™). FAST is the U.S. Marine Corps Program of Record for the embedded training simulation of the Common Aviation Command and Control System (CAC2S). General Dynamics, the developers of CAC2S, purchased the FAST licenses for use in their lab.
