2004 USAF M&S AWARDS
SUMMARY OF ACHIEVEMENTS
Integrated Air Defense (IADS) M&S Group, National Air and Space Intelligence Center/IADS Division, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH
- The National Air and Space Intelligence Center’s Integrated Air Defense Systems Modeling & Simulation Group (NASIC/IADS/M&S Group) has developed an advanced object-oriented M&S capability within the Intelligence Community (IC) to model and analyze foreign threat IADS.
- Developed and implemented state-of-the-art capabilities to model and analyze threat integrated air defense systems, and depict the IADS “kill chain” thus supporting major command exercises, ISR operations, and IADS Studies. This unique achievement clearly illustrates the power of object-oriented modeling and simulation tools to reduce cost and increase productivity.
